I couldn't believe how much weight I lost when I just stopped nibbling at the cheese block. Still ate cheese, in sensible portions in sensible meals, just stopped shaving at the block randomly throughout the day. Was really, really hard but Christ the weight fell off.

Indian takeaway- particularly king prawn phall. Lovely fatty salty takeaway.

I am also a botherer of the cheese block. And leftover toast.

PoorYorick · 26/01/2018 20:33

Cheese block botherer, I like it!

And thanks to you, OP, and everyone else who's posted here, I've remembered another - the fatty, sinful heaven that is my local Indian's saag paneer. And my husband is away, and I haven't cooked anything, and it's just the right time for a takeaway....

CURSE YOU!

SweetChickadee · 26/01/2018 20:36
