I have googled and come up with differing opinions. These are very fancy vitamins for myself and two teens. Out of date in November. Would you or wouldn't you?

They wont hurt you
Probably wont do much good either

There will likely be people thinking that ‘best before’ dates work on the premise that on dot of midnight on 30th November 2017 the nutritional benefit content went from full to zero.
It may be less than it was previously, or they may be a bit chewier than before, but it’s unlikely to do you harm unless they had a specific “use by” date

Actually, I don't know if it's Best Before or Use By! Will check!

I would. In fact I probably do, as I bought a load of vitamins for DS ages ago and keep forgetting to give him one daily so they are probably past their best before by now.
However, I am assuming that all that means is that they are slightly less potent than they should be so will continue to use them up.
