New interview with me about voter suppression -- the most important issue for the 2018 midterms. I also talk about the US shift toward autocracy as well as blackmail, threats and the GOP.

Every Republican on Judiciary just voted for Thomas Farr, a court nominee who helped draft NC's voter suppression law, defended racist gerrymandering and may have lied to the Senate about his role in Jesse Helms' voter intimidation effort.

Just in: #scotus says North Carolina does not have to redraw congressional district maps. Means 2018 elections will be in districts the lower court recently found unconstitutional

@TheLoyalO
This decision from #SCOTUS is likely to cost Democrats 2 seats in North Carolina during the 2018 election.

What I'm watching:
MD Dem Senate primary is on 6/26/18. Chelsea Manning (highly praised by Russian media) is running against Ben Cardin (Senator who recently released a report detailing 2 decades of Putin's attacks on Democracy). What are the chances of Cardin's emails leaking?
I'm privately advising several house candidates & at least one told me that there have been efforts to hack their campaign website. That campaign said they informed the FBI.
Some of y'all are skipping around, hash-tagging "bluewave2018," w/out concerns about Russian interference
Kremlin hackers are still stealing campaign emails.
Kremlin trolls in St. Petersburg, Russia, are still screwing around with our political discourse on social media.
Russian interference isn't just a 2016 thing. It's STILL happening & will continue to happen. Do NOT ignore.

I am honestly stunned that this guy was hired at CNS in the first place. He once casually defended Japanese internment as a precedent for a registry of Muslims!

Republican Rep. Scott Perry falsely claimed on Fox News tonight that ISIS was behind the Las Vegas massacre, saying he had “credible evidence” without actually providing any.

“What do you do?”
“I’m a writer”
“You haven’t come to write bad stuff about our president have you?”
Long silence whilst I worked out if he was actually serious
Stony official stare from him until I said
“No”
Then waved in to USA
