Tell me something positive that's happened on Blue Monday!

Blue Monday is meant to be crap for all, so let's inject it with a little positivity!

I'll start: I got lots of compliments for my newly-painted nails (blue of course!)

At the age of 45 I now own my first dishwasher.
We don't have to stand at the bloody sink and wash dishes anymore!

My son thinks his Nat5 prelim went well! (No idea if there’s an English equivalent, but it’s our exam sat in S4, age 15/16)

His school and SLP have been working on this for aaaaages with him but it never clicked, I never realised how hard it is to explain concepts like you yours mine etc. when it doesn't come naturally.

Was absolutely not expecting to be asked why he couldn't have crisps for breakfast Grin Nearly fell off my chair Grin

DH is out tonight so had a lovely bubble bath with wine and having nibbly bits and cheese and crackers for tea. Also get to watch what I want tonight! I do love him really xx

I had a lovely text from a friend checking I’m ok as we haven’t spoken for a couple weeks, I sorted some things in the house that have been bugging me for ages and I’m now chilling with a lovely glass of red and feeling glamorous as I’ve “done”my hair

I spent a couple of hours chatting over coffee with old friends. The reason was sad but it was really lovely to see them.
