The TUI one. It's everywhere. The one that goes "Ain't nobody... loves me better... makes me happy.... yadda yadda..."

It's just so cringey! I mean, it's nice that it's so upbeat and happy, but did they have to make it so.... catchy? Obviously that's the whole idea, but for me it's just infuriating and making me want to use TUI less and less! The best bit is the dancing crabs Grin

AIBU to hate it and mute the TV whenever it comes on?

I was in the reception area of the dentist's once and the Corsodyl rep was speaking to senior dentist.

The dentist was telling her about all the patients coming in with brown stains on their teeth after using Corsodyl.

Anyway - that Tui advert makes me switch off. That woman's bloody awful reedy singing voice. It's offensive.

Oh YES! -the advert where the little boy (or in later adverts a girl then a fully grown advert woman) pulls along the other hand.

I would have to slap them severely across the arm and shriek "Stop fucking pulling me, I'm not going any faster just to suit you and if/when I go ArseOverTit it won;t make my holiday any better being in plaster. "

DH and I said exactly the opposite! Tbf though, we’re unlikely to ever be Jet2 or Tui’s target market, so what do we know?

OMG I absolutely HATE this ad too! It gives me the rage. My kids now say oh mum your favourite ad is on. It just drives me nuts!

The adverts with the two girls singing - one on a keyboard and one shaking something makes me want to throw something at the tv. In fact I mute it when it comes on now. Think it's the bank nationwide ? Winds me up

And the rebranding of Thomson as Tui.
Yeah, yeah, Sellafield / Windscale....we're all stupid, aren't we?

Oh and the bloody toothpaste advert with the stupid women pulling stupid bloody faces on the bus to the child 🤬another advert that makes me shout "oh f**k off" at the tv

I feel guilty over my hatred of the tui woman - I'm sure she's a lovely person, but my god that bit at the end where she's on their shoulders and everyone is dancing - I just want to shove her to the ground.
And she is the most static human being I have ever seen. Even when she's dancing she's BARELY moving. When she's lying on the lounger she looks dead.
And then I have her version of the song stuck in my head for days.
hate hate hate with a passion. bring back the one eyed bear and his dreary rendition of bohemian rhapsody!

I hate it too. Irrationally. But I can’t help laughing every damn time at the bearded guy playing one of the waiters who's so into his role and invests it with utter seriousness as he whirls away from the camera carrying his plate of pasta as though he's starring in a West End extravaganza. Gotta love his commitment to his art.

I absolutely hate the advert for sweets
(and I actually can not remember which so the ad is clearly not working)
that has grown ups talking in baby voices.
