To worry that Sertraline is screwing up my periods?

Sorry I know it's not particularly an aibu but I'm trying to get a few replies!

Been on Sertraline for 8 weeks now, periods have been somewhat regular - a couple of days early actually but now I'm 3 days late and getting really stressed about it.

Anyone know if Sertraline messes with periods? Thanks!

I'm on sertraline and my periods have been a bit weird but I've pit it down to breastfeeding still. Is there a remote chance you could be pregnant?

A very remote chance (wrong time of the month for it so very slim chance) but 3 negative tests so far.

I've been on sertraline for 2 months now and during the first month I completely skipped my period 🤔 Normally very reliable so it was weird and I can only assume it's the sertraline!

I was on sertraline and didn't have any periods. (Youngest is 2)
I always put it down to the coil!
I've switched to citalopram now so I'd be interested to see if they return
