to feel that I have to pick up the slack for everyone at work

I work in a job where I am constantly expected to correct everyones mistakes at work or do twice as much work as anyone else in the department. My supervisor is constantly asking me to fix other peoples mistakes and when i ask him can he start training people so the mistakes are not made he just keeps telling me that they are not competent.
When it comes to doing jobs no one else finishes the complete list of jobs they have for that day they have someone helping them. I try and most times succeed in getting all the jobs done by myself and anything i don't finish i will make sure i finish the following day. I struggle to complete my jobs because I have to do the job of someone else for example answer the phone because everyone else ignore it.

AIBU to feel like this or should i just suck it up and carry on?

That's really appalling management. Do you have any kind of appraisal at work?

What kind of people are you working with that they are working so badly? Does the firm pay the basic minimum wage and not bother to interview?

yes we have yearly reviews where people are told what to improve on but the supervisor doesn't follow up on anything.
Everyone knows at work that you can get away with not doing your job properly so don't try to learn how to do things. Interviews are done to quite a high standard but it doesn't show with some people that are employed. Not minimum wage but not a high paid job.

Crap managers never change. Time to start job hunting.
