Bought dp some tickets for a cup game for the football team he supports as well as a few other bits.

He's shown absolutely zero levels of enthusiasm about any of it. He's disappeared and had 2 naps and spent the rest of the day on his phone. It feels like he just doesn't care

He's spent probably double on me, compared to what I spent on him. I work part time, and he probably earns about 3 times what I do. I did tell him when I saw the amount he bought me, that he had only got a few bits.

Genuinely a little upset he's not shown any enthusiasm for any of his gifts. He never says what he wants, and is bloody impossible to buy for. I was actually really happy that is managed to get him the tickets.

AIBU to expect at least some sort of enthusiasm for his gift?

Have you told him how you feel?

Did he say thank you?

Assume he takes you for granted in general then?

He did say thanks... but the same level of thanks you would say when you get a pair of socks ...
