Popular online retailer and faulty goods.

Ordered a massive clothes shop with a popular online only retailer. Two of the products are faulty (Dress has a zip that keeps separating and a top is ripped). I genuinely like these products so want to keep them, enquiries re: return and replace only for thier customer services to tell me they don’t replace I can have a refund and order (and pay for delivery!!) again.

AIBU in thinking this is shit and they should at least offer a free delivery so I don’t have to fork out another £4 in delivery for something that is their fault!!

I’m seething and genuinely on the verge of being petty enough to return everything and not give them any of my money!

Will they not refund your original delivery cost as the items are faulty?

RavenLG · 22/12/2017 01:56

They haven’t indicated they would do so. I suspect not as I ordered multiple things so it would cover those. I’m so annoyed, but not surprised. I stopped ordering from them for a while as they have awful customer service but student discount and fashion lured me back as I’m a terrible person

Maybe push for a refund of the item cost plus whatever it will be to have them sent again. You shouldn't be out of pocket because they sent you faulty items

They've pretty much told me to go eff myself. Pretty disgusting attitude. As much as I like their clothing I'll definitely be avoiding them for good now.
