Don't know how to do links Blush
But this is to continue discussing the Grenfall-ex-residents-should-get-a-3-bed-house-with-a-garden-if-thats-what-they-want? thread

OP posts:
woodhill · 22/12/2017 08:15

Yes it is the sense of entitlement that irritates me too

Rebeccaslicker · 22/12/2017 08:30

Why would an american man want to hang around mumsnet posting only on political threads about how evil the tories are, how we must change British society and government, and ignoring absolutely everything else? There's something very fishy about make's posts!

KathArtic · 22/12/2017 09:21

breakourfurture typical Labour ideology, throw taxpayers money at everything till you feel the problem has gone away? Does your Momentum leaflet say how your dreams will come true?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 22/12/2017 10:51

Yes it is the sense of entitlement that irritates me too

You can add me to that

What's even worse is the way it's fuelled by the extreme left / MomentumBots, who have no answers at all but constantly virtue signal and drive the narrative that that everything should be done for their preferred groups regardless of immigration status or anything else

And then folk wonder why some incomers push their way through so many other countries to reach the UK ...

makeourfuture · 22/12/2017 12:35

that everything should be done for their preferred groups regardless of immigration status or anything else

Due to the unique situation of this tragedy, amnesty was given.

Rebeccaslicker · 22/12/2017 12:45

Oh for crying out loud. What fucking tragedy ISN'T unique?!

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 13:10

Unique in the fact that the local authority are responsible for several deaths Rebecca.

You keep correcting other posters yet I’ve not seen you come up with anything remotely interesting.

Throughout your postings on here information is being published daily yet it seems you are the only one on here not reading it!

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 13:14

I’m actually quite embarrassed for you

I wish you would just do a little reading on the subject,
even if it’s only what’s been published this week

It also seems you cannot tell the difference between Race and Culture/Religion

Rebeccaslicker · 22/12/2017 13:23

The Father Christmas on the office wall has a better grasp of those complicated concepts than you, Kitty! You're one of those worrying people who THINKS she understands it all. But makes no attempt to answer any of the difficult questions save to accuse others of bigotry and racism as an easy way out by trying to shut down debate with anyone who thinks differently to you. It's genuinely rather pathetic.

Do you think the authorities had nothing to do with the exploited girls referred to upthread? Or are they not tragic enough for your bleeding heart?!

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 13:27

Why on earth shouldn’t an “American” “Man” post on here,
This tragedy is being reported around the world.

Your prejudice knows no bounds Rebecca.

Rebeccaslicker · 22/12/2017 13:30

Yet again you fail to grasp it. If you can't even understand my very basic posts on here, how on earth do you think you can interpret complex reports and understand them?!

Nothing wrong whatsoever with an American man posting anywhere he chooses. What is weird about make is that he ONLY posts anti Tory slurs and momentum slogans. and never responds to anything save for posting more slogans.

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 13:39

That’s a cultural problem that the local community And authorities need to deal with.

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 13:42

Your so called very basic posts come across more like drunk ranting to be honest Rebecca

Rebeccaslicker · 22/12/2017 13:42

Ah right. So it's NOT tragic, what happened to these girls, then. It hasn't traumatised them just as much as the fire would have traumatised those who went through it, just in different ways. It's just a "cultural problem". Lovely!

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 13:49

Have you read the OP Rebecca ??

Hahahahahahaha at being called "thick" by someone who can't even grasp "your" and "you're" (you must be Applebee with a namechange, the coincidence and posting style is just too much otherwise). Good lord 😂

I don't think for one second I know more than anyone else. Nor do I have the answers. I just happen to think that having the discussions is a good way to start as there are very different views about this, as demonstrated on this one website alone.

YOU think the way forward is to scream about your virtues and to shut down those discussions by telling everyone else they are bigoted and racist and don't understand anything and that they should be embarrassed - and preening yourself for being so tolerant and wonderful. It's very odd.

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 14:09

I would love to have a discussion with you Rebecca but every time you’re pulled in something you start with the name change/Grammar police crap,

Every time! 🙄

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 14:12

I’m happy to join in the discussion as long as it’s not racist or nonsense that you’ve made up

I think I understand the points you want us all to believe

1, Grenfell victims should not be rehoused by K&C council.

2, Grenfell victims should pay for it themselves.

3, All immigrants should go back to where they came from.

4, Grenfell victims shouldn’t be rehoused because young girls were sexual abused somewhere else.

Yet every poster that disagrees with you is told they don’t “understand the complicated concepts” 🙄 of the subject

Kitkatcat · 22/12/2017 14:24

Here we go again with the superior attitude Rebecca ..... it’s embarrassing!!!!

Apple??? Is that how you get out of answering difficult questions, shall I start calling you cath??? Chakra???

Rebeccaslicker · 22/12/2017 14:24

Nice try, appletroll :)

Nobody has said any of those things, least of all me.

ChakraLines · 22/12/2017 14:25

The few on here who don't get it never will because their general knowledge base about many, many matters is very poor. They are destined to react to 'headlines' and never explore the substance of an event.

For example, the grown-up kids (mid-20s) of some of my co-workers are difficult to talk with, because every other sentence they have to ask the meaning of a word ...... "the what?", "what does that mean?" "what is the Balkans?" One chap asked his mother: "How come you take your car for repair to Suffolk?"

His mother exasperated: I don't take it to Suffolk, I take it to Sudbury. There is another Sudbury 7 miles from our home.

(At least he's heard of Suffolk!
