Nah Welshy, no babysitter but I'm going to Paris in two weeks with my dd, was supposed to be going today but childminding fell through for this weekend.

WelshBoris · 21/04/2007 19:38

Ah. I cant go out tonight either my mother cant babysit. Am gutted as everyone in the whole wide world is out. And I've got new clothes.

Paris will be nice, good to spend some time together before she goes

pointydog · 21/04/2007 19:38

"I have been on here long enough to have got used to her (if I was ever going to). It pisses me off the way you all crawl round her as if she's some kind of MN celebrity. She's not. She's just some daft old cow who gets off pretending she's better than the rest of you. She's an illiterate bog cleaner in RL."

if I was articulate, that's what I'd say.

loses a bit of credibility as written by 'madoldcatlady'

Mhamai · 21/04/2007 19:39

Oh God don't remind me! I'm going to be a hermit for the Summer!

Devonshire · 21/04/2007 19:40

i think catlady is right in that people who post in topics such as feeling depressed ought to be treated with a bit of care, and calling them a "freak" is not exactly being sensitive or helpful.

if you have PND, as i and many others on here have had, your behaviour will not always be "normal" or "acceptable". but a bit of compassion never goes to waste.

WelshBoris · 21/04/2007 19:41

As opposed to your name pointydog which shows you to be very intelligent and erm pointy

Mhamai · 21/04/2007 19:41

Why don't you crack open a bottle of something Boris, I'll join you and we can roam Mn for the night telling random posters to get over it.

pointydog · 21/04/2007 19:42

essence of cod is what makes life worth living

littlemissbossy · 21/04/2007 19:43

Mhamai
tut tut

Mhamai · 21/04/2007 19:44

Must add I'm very put out at whoever mentioned cods flappers, she's a cod not a dolphin!

WelshBoris · 21/04/2007 19:44

If that is the case pointydog then maybe you need to get a hobby.

First drink is on me Mhamai, vodka and red bull?

Blandmum · 21/04/2007 19:47

'essance de Cod' bathe yourself in this striking aroma and feel the cares of the evryday world float away as you relax in the smell of fish and seaweed......

madoldcatlady · 21/04/2007 19:49

Looks like you've been drinkng it MB!

WelshBoris · 21/04/2007 19:49

Ignore everyone else.

How is the weather in Ireland? It has been Summer in Swansea the last few weeks and I have been mostly wearing cut off jeans or linen trews. DD has hair like Leo Sayer and it is turning blonde in the sun. See my profile thingy

Mhamai · 21/04/2007 20:01

Shoite, I spent ages typing a post and lost it! Weather has been great, your little m looks edible, she's a dote! Brought my dad down to Wexford on Thursday, he was delighted, was kind of sad too tho, his grandfather's from Tara Hill. Had to psml tho as he was chatting up the waitress who served us no end!

ViscountessPetitLapin · 21/04/2007 20:02

happybiggirl - I apologise. Total crossed wires, I thought you were talking about an entirely different thread.

I still think this starting posts to bash other posters, rather than just dealing with it in situ as it were, is a bit infantile, but sorry for the misunderstanding all the same.

Ooh don't mention weekend fly, I've been very norty, I haven't been on there for over a week!

BrassMonkey · 21/04/2007 20:13

Some people are just born rude I guess. Their own problem really, stuff him/her/it.

WelshBoris · 21/04/2007 20:13

So thats where you get it from.

Am off now to read DD a story and pour myself a nice smoothie. Then get into bed with a good book.

I am 25.

There is no need for contreception anymore, just send a video round schools of me on a Saturday night and it will smash all teenage pregnancy stats.
