We have a night a week where we drink prosecco and watch a film. Now it's December we're doing Christmas films.

DP chose Die Hard for this week. Although I am admittedly enjoying Alan Rickman as a German Snape, I think the rest is awful.

It's set at a lame office party on Christmas Eve and there was a sad unlit Christmas tree in the foyer I think...

RustyPaperclips I would disagree because Christmas is essential to the plot. The threadbare security, everyone at the party, the cops not paying much attention - all because it is Christmas. The plot couldn’t happen without it being Christmas.
