Die Hard is not s Christmas film

And it's so boring.

We have a night a week where we drink prosecco and watch a film. Now it's December we're doing Christmas films.

DP chose Die Hard for this week. Although I am admittedly enjoying Alan Rickman as a German Snape, I think the rest is awful.

It's set at a lame office party on Christmas Eve and there was a sad unlit Christmas tree in the foyer I think...

AIBU to think that does not a bloodychristmas film make?

YABU! Of course it's a Christmas film, all about the guy just trying to get home, encountering problems, overcoming them, making it home for Christmas with his lovely wife. Cracking film!
