Have been having a bit of a low week so far and looking for some inspiration before I drag myself to the shops...

So, what are you having?

Home made steak pie with mash, roast parsnips and corn. Even better, DH made it

Pittas with Turkey meatballs, peppers, yoghurt and coriander, served with sweet potato chips and corn on the cob.

Toast. Wine.

Over cooked beef, roaties, carrots, gravy🤣

My teens came home from school ravenous so made themselves chicken and chips at 3:30, I’ve just made meatballs and pasta for minded children, dh has taken himself off to bed after a very stressful day at work so will rustle himself something up later and I’m going to have cheese in toast - all very disjointed tonight

Shepherds pie here tonight with a side of trimmed beans as dd loves them at the moment

Kids had halloumi ravioli with boiled chicken and salad.Banana for dessert.

I'm having torilla chips, salsa and wine.Shit day.

Macaroni cheese with tinned tomatoes...its my all time favourite meal

Spag Bol that DS13 made in food tech at school today no cooking for me tonight! DS having breastmilk with maybe a bit of formula if she drinks me dry...

Angel hair pasta with pesto, broccoli, green beans and peas - a very green dinner! Maybe a scoop of haagen daas afterwards .

Steak pie with spuds, cabbages and roasted cauliflower.

Jerk chicken, rice and salad. Fancy macaroni for tomorrow.

Homemade Moussaka. Made the meat bit yesterday, froze half and will make up the unfrozen half this evening with the aubergines

Spag Bol

Chicken noodle soup. The easiest thing I can think of given we are back late and have a poorly baby meaning I only have one hand free!

Sausages, roast potatoes and assorted veg. Only I'm on my previous Christmas diet so I will be having soup.

Tomato and vegetable casserole, grilled chilli and paprika aubergines, rice and broccoli with some feta and pine nuts sprinkled over.

Toad in the hole!

Rushing back out tonight to a show so scrambled eggs, some smoked salmon trimmings and a bit of grated cheese on top.

Pulled pork currently slow cooking with sweetcorn, coleslaw and sweet potato

Im going to play 'freezer lucky dip'. I really cant be bothered as Ive been staring at a screen all day (no, not on here!)

A salted caramel chocolate pot from Aldi. I met a friend of mine at lunch and had (not particularly nice) cottage pie in a local pub. Won't be rushing back.
