I am watching Nigella's Christmas Table

Stars are MY thing - I have star shaped bowls, starry patterned China, I make food into star shapes, I have star patterned furnishings. I have owned a starry scarf for YEARS!

My entire Christmas decor is star themed. How dare she steal my idea.

But i do like watching her she is so calm and serene make me feel calm and like she has invited me into her kitchen to chill out while she cooks. ( i can dream)
I am the polar opposite in the kitchen its just not fair. (If i looked like that it would make me feel better about the kichen chaos too)

Wonder how much all that winter wonderland cost to set up? Can i order it in time for xmas?

tafetta I'm unreasonably disappointed that's it's only cardamom as I have that in, I was expecting some expensive spice mix only found in North London scandi delis. Nigellas let me down

@willow2017 apparently her first series was filmed in her actual kitchen and was heavily edited to hide the unfinished / scruffy areas.

Hopefully that link works Willow. I don't bother stringing it up like a sausage though, just cover the whole thing in icing sugar and call it a Christmas log. Serve with cream, it's bloody great. And in the great Nigella way, don't measure the booze just glug it in. (Although I'm upduffed so it'll be a no booze version for me this year. I have a very willing taste tester for the booze version in DH)
