I’ve been thinking about this today. Since I’ve had a Fitbit (about the last 3 Year’s) I hardly ever have a lazy indoors day!
In the days before wearing one, I would think nothing of lazing around all day watching tv etc. Now, I feel like I can’t relax until I’ve done my 10,000 steps as the thought of only seeing 2 or 3k and hardly any calories burned makes me a bit anxious.
This of course goes out of the window when I have a horrendous hangover 😂. Anyone else this batty?
