To be infuriated by the lack of giving to charity by senior management

So many at the company I work with don't give much even though they have a company pot of money they can give to any registered charity. So it's not even their own money but they can't be bothered to fish it out. People have to keep naging in order to get them to give it away. Isn't just infuriating?

Infuriating? They’re probably just busy running the business. So no surprise it helps to ask/remind them about charities.

If it is the company's money then could there be some guidelines they have to follow before they hand it over. Checking the charity meets certain criteria or something? Also maybe some records that have to be kept about who, when where which will eat in to the time they are meant to be doing other things, hence the reluctance.

And how do you know anyway? Are you always askigng for a donation to something?
