AIBU to resent buyers/sellers on ebay nagging for feedback?

AIBU to dislike having buyers or sellers on ebay asking/nagging that I leave feedback for them?I don't know whether it is sheer contrariness on my part but it normally has the opposite effect to what they were intending. The latest is a buyer (who I would generally be happy to leave feedback for following their leaving feedback)who left it for 2 weeks to actually pay for the item which was quite large and getting in my way.

When I sell on eBay, I never leave feedback for buyers until the leave feedback for me. That way I know that they have received their item and aren't about to open a case against me.

People who nag also put me off too.

It's more important for sellers than buyers. I don't sell things that often and never get above the limit to have a seller rating as about 50% of buyers don't leave feedback. I have never asked for feedback but I can see why someone would if they were trying to make a living out of it.

I once had a bloke nag me continuously for 2 weeks to leave him feedback. I leave it in a block once a month usually. He went on and on, getting huffier each time.
I left him his feedback, neutral .

So often when I buy online (not ebay) I'm asked to give feedback and it irritates me. All the sellers have had to do with my purchases were despatch them yet they ask for FB for doing the basics. It's feels like the equivalent of being expected to tip in the USA, or situations where everyone gets a prize even if they didn't win. I'll let you know if there was something wrong with my order, otherwise never contact me, and fuck off with automatically adding me to your mailing list!
