As Christmas is approaching and people are sharing their seasonal woes, it got me thinking about a few shall we say “unusual” discussions from last year. Two that stick out are the one from a Christmas card enthusiast whose son had donated to charity rather than buy cards that year and a woman who was upset her younger daughter had bought her a Caribbean holiday as she would let be able to see her other daughters child off for their first day of school. Never found out what happened to the holiday or if the lady ever forgave her son for the card oversight.
