DP took our DD out to town earlier. He came back with the dvd of dan tdm live on tour.
It has now been put on the tv in the living room and I am trapped in here with it on!
WWYD?

Thanks for the warning, Williams sure kids don't go near the supermarket dvd section. Queued for hours in the cold last year just for DS1 to get a selfie with him. Over in 20 secs.

I only found out about him a few days ago. He was on Radio 2 - an evening show - with Jo Wiley? My son, now 15 is past this stage, but knew who he was, and decided to have a listen anyway.

I thought his voice was annoying - vocal fry and lifting up at the end of sentences always give me a sore throat and middle aged rage! But otherwise he came across well and spoke about having responsibilities to his young fans.

DS has recently taken to watching Stephen Sharer, I’m missing Dan TDM! Why do all American YouTubers use that same annoying fake intonation?

im not a fan but the one where he ate a load of vile sweets really makes me laugh. my dc think hes great

I've just had a look at him on YouTube and he's just playing computer games. Do kids just sit and watch someone else playing a game ? Confused does he do anything g else ?

Wonderstuff beat me to it. Stampy made we want to puncture my eardrums with something pointy and plug my ears with mash. Dan Tedium (same nn here) is a breeze in comparison.

At least not Stampy! I took Ds to Minecon a few years ago....Dan was there and the others.I thought he was great with the kids etc. I would read if I were you though!

One of the senior managers came to work once with the fuses for her socket circuit from her domestic fuse box in her handbag because her son was larking about on his PS instead of revising for his A levels. Grin Very sharp woman.

The live show turned me into a Dan fan. It was pitched perfectly for his fans and he came out to wave at them at the stage door.
DS met him in the summer and Dan was lovely.
But I'm still not sure I could sit through the DVD Grin Gin might help.
