To ask for your present ideas for a 9 year old boy (nearly 10)

Struggling for ideas for DS 9 for Xmas. He already has a bike, kindle and football kit and lots of Lego!
Really don’t know what to get him that’s exciting! He loves sport but has a footy kit that he was bought by grandparents this year.
We aren’t into gaming or anything like that- a kindle fire is the limit of what I will allow game wise!! He has lots of books & we go to library quite regularly too.

So struggling to be imaginative- aibu to ask for ideas for fun presents!

Thanks!

Theres something in Maplin electrical store where you can make 100s of circuits to do various things. Ive forgotten the name but a quick search should do it. Also Anki Overdrive looks quite good if DS has a tablet, all depends on budget

Wicked Uncle website is your friend! Loads of cool stuff and you can search by age group which makes it much easier.

There's also an American one

The overdrive is like scalextric? Controlled by a device like phone and tablet.

Well yanbu because this sort of question is what forums are for. I have an 11 year old boy, really struggling for him this year. I'll list some ideas from stuff my son has or has at times asked for:

Could you get him tickets to a sports event or a footy game or something?
A football training suit
trainers
Subuteo
Basketball hoop
Dart board
Nerf guns
Lego
Mini fridge
Punch bag
Gumball machine
Bluetooth lava lamp

I'm struggling myself lol

I'd second Wicked Uncle. Certainly worth a look!
