Interesting. He turned down the national security adviser post after Flynn left (back in the K.T. McFarland days).

So in last night’s news alone we learn more about:

• ultra wealthy conservatives funding operations to undermine press
• trump attacking legislative branch and undermining its judgements
• systemic racism being facilitated
• the law enforcement branches potentially being staffed with and lead by even more partisan, fact-rejecting, trump-covering people
• trump obstructing justice even more

The connection between the Mercer family and the controversial activist group recently busted for an undercover sting has not previously been documented.

I am surprised this has only just been documented. I guess I must have just assumed it was the case as Project Veritas is just so very, very Mercerish. I would have been astounded if they weren't involved in it.

I'm going to put this out there as it has even playing in my mind for a while now. I am getting increasingly convinced that we will see, at the very least, an attempt at a declaration of war on North Korea from Trump before the elections next year. Even if it doesn't get through Congress he will use it to divide and distract, as well as try and foster a patriotic boost to his ratings. I genuinely thing that this could be the issue what will tear the Government apart and cement a dictatorship.

That's it, I have depressed myself now and am going to go and eat chocolate.

If you're talking about the Kate Stinle shooting, many many liberals are appalled at the decision, the fact that the defense made a statement naming Trump is idiotic and potentially shot themselves in the foot with regards to sanctuary cities.

The very liberal people who I work with in Silicon valley are all face palming over this as it does point to being political than actual upholding law/gun control etc.

My understanding is that Melissa mcewan does think it’s possible mueller is there to give everyone hope, prevent actual action being taken and buy time for the GOP to enact their agenda but I’m just not that disillusioned yet and have to hope it’ll come to something.

MSNBC reporting that Flynn will plead guilty to lying to the FBI.

Where will this lead? Has he made a deal with Mueller to plead to this lesser charge in exchange for providing information?
