Can you help me make gluten free toad in the hole?

I've got the right sausages
Is batter possible with doves farm gf flour? Or is there any other easily available flour that would work better?

Easy you can buy Doves Farm (or any) gluten free flower in the supermarket (Morrison’s, Waitrose and Holland & Barrett sell it) then make in the usual way x

There’s a gram flour yorkshire pudding recipe too.

Oops didn’t read properly yes that flour is ok. It is very light so may rise more

I use plain 100g dove farm gf flour
4 eggs
150ml milk

Works well for me
