£2 million?

2 bloody million? She could retire on that.

Helendee · 16/11/2017 22:34

I don't get why the girl is almost lauded for prostituing herself and yet anyone wanting to use her offer is deemed to be 'weird' or 'creepy'.
Double standards or what!

Helendee · 16/11/2017 22:35

Prostituting I mean.

Dippydippydora · 16/11/2017 22:55

I can't say I wouldnt have done it for 2 million

allthegoodusernameshavegone · 16/11/2017 22:57

This guy has 2.5m to spend on a one off shag, with that sort of money he probably has a queue of women to bed him. I think there must be more to this

MamaPhoneHome · 16/11/2017 23:00

Good for her. If she can take her virginity and market it to idiots as some sort of prize and set herself up for life whilst doing so then I applaud her.

walnutwhip88 · 16/11/2017 23:22

If you wouldn't do that for 2 million then you're a fool

AnnieAnoniMouse · 16/11/2017 23:24

2 million?!

I wonder if there’s a similar demand for a ‘40 year old, overweight, non virgin’?!

I’d have no problem with it & there’s nothing at all wrong with my self respect.

2 consenting adults. Meh. FAR worse things to wring your hands over.

manicinsomniac · 16/11/2017 23:24

I would have done that for 2 million. Definitely.

But I wouldn't do it and have it reported in the media for 10 million!

Henrythehoover · 16/11/2017 23:26

I wouldnt have done it so guess I'm a fool but good on her if that's what she wants.

manicinsomniac · 16/11/2017 23:26

My only problem with the whole thing is that if 2 million can be paid for a consenting 19 year old virgin, how much would some scumbag pay another scumbag to coerce a 15 year old virgin into doing the same thing?

midnightmisssuki · 16/11/2017 23:28

errrrrr... whats it to you? This has been done SO many times. You dont know her background. Live and let live.

DistanceCall · 16/11/2017 23:29

I don't understand why her choice is not disgusting but the man's is, frankly.

If people are free to make their own decisions as long as they don't hurt others, it cuts both ways.

donquixotedelamancha · 16/11/2017 23:30

"Being frank, I think many people would do the same for £2m. I don't judge or blame her....... But the men who would pay for it, fuck yes, I judge the dirty old gits."

I cannot comprehend this point of view:
-If you think it's wrong to commercialise sex, then surely she's in the wrong too?
-If you think it's not inherently wrong (it's just that in most cases vulnerable women are being exploited) then surely this is an example of prostitution done right?

In either case I don't think it's a good thing to do. You can exercise some moral judgement about a situation, without losing all nuance and perspective like a DM 'journalist'. I don't really see why the men are more culpable (in this case only) since she and the 'agency' are initiating.

DistanceCall · 16/11/2017 23:41

I don't believe consent can ever be truly given in situations where money is involved.

You have an odd definition of consent then. Consent doesn't mean that you like it. It means that you accept it and are not forced, directly or indirectly, into it.

And no, this is not a case of someone who is forced into consent in order to feed her starving family. She is doing it because she wants to be rich. End of story.

MistressDeeCee · 17/11/2017 00:00

I can't be bothered to get het up about it. I'm pretty sure people have lost their virginity in worse circumstances and got sweet fa for it. Money gets people moralising.

She's an adult. If she does end up regretting then a cool 2 mill will be a nice soother, won't it. 'What if it was your DD' style doesn't cut it. Its not. & we don't know what her mum thinks.

Nearest I've got to sex industry is phone chatlines whilst at Uni & after I had DCs and needed more money. I know many would moralise about that but IDGAF about stupid men. I'm happy to take their money. I couldn't sleep with a man for money, there was a time I wondered if I could tho. But I won't judge a woman who does it. Supply and demand.

I see a lot of men as outright stupid when it comes to sex anyway so if they fork out money then that's a fool and his money parted, isn't it.

BatShite · 17/11/2017 00:27

I don't believe it tbh. I think its just an attempt (a sucessful one by the looks of it) to get the story 'viral' and thus cash rolling in for semi-celeb status. Why on earth would someone pay 2m for a shag? Could buy themselves a thousand virgins for that I am sure

Ugh even typing that sentence makes me feel dirty...

Iwasjustabouttosaythat · 17/11/2017 00:35

Bragging rights I suppose. To his disgusting rich friends while they drink the last bottle in existence of some special wine and dine off white rhino skulls.

I think it's pretty naive to think she's just going to lie there for the average 15 minutes men supposedly take. It's not going to be "just sex". Those days are long gone. As a 19 year old virgin I seriously doubt she realises this.

Italiangreyhound · 17/11/2017 01:07

I think all prostitution is disgusting and sad.

The idea that it becomes OK if enough money is involved is very bizarre indeed.

It's her body and she can do what she likes with it, but if the country she is in had the Nordic model then the man paying to have sex with her could be prostituted.

I think it is very sad for any man to admit he has paid to have said with a woman. And maybe her age should not matter as she is over the legal age of consent but she is a teenager, I think that is very sad.

walnutwhip "If you wouldn't do that for 2 million then you're a fool" Not everyone thinks money is the be all and end all, nor does everyone think of themselves as an object to be purchased. And I say this as a plump middle aged non-virgin, non-model, so no one would be offering that much for me, but even if they were, I'm not for sale.

DontJustDoItBnQItInTheStore · 17/11/2017 01:08

wouldn't swap it for £2m. This girl will just remember she prostituted herself to the highest bidder. What price self respect.

Self respect Price = £2m'

Most of people on here will not have earned £2m in their life time. On their death, their whole estate will be worth a fraction of this.

Is it really such a terrible decision if you aren't underage and being co-erced?

On one view, if you could do it as a one off, you have bought yourself a home mortage free plus a tidy sum to invest - for doing very little.

Everyone has their price really. Absent killing people or risking imprisonment...

would you do it or advise a young woman to do it for
£4m
£10m
£50m
£100m

It's the churchill point about price.

On one view it wouldn't be rational to refuse a £100m for virgintiy if you were over 18 and it was offered in "safe" circumstances.

Italiangreyhound · 17/11/2017 01:08

Freudian slip!

"It's her body and she can do what she likes with it, but if the country she is in had the Nordic model then the man paying to have sex with her could be prosecuted, not prostituted."

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Italiangreyhound · 17/11/2017 01:11

Dont "Everyone has their price really. Absent killing people or risking imprisonment... "

What's that gem based on?

Not everyone thinks of money that way. Some people earn their living doing work they love, they don't want to be a prostitute even if it was 100 million. Don't assume you know how others think.

DontJustDoItBnQItInTheStore · 17/11/2017 01:20

Some people earn their living doing work they love, they don't want to be a prostitute even if it was 100 million. Don't assume you know how others think.

I disagree I'm afraid. Anyone can change their thinking on this depending on their situation and need.

What if your mother/child/ husband/wife had cancer and they needed a drug that cost £10,000 a month to stay alive that they couldn't get on the NHS?

Are you really saying you wouldn't consider acquiring money like this because you needed it and would never get it another way?

This is all a bit thought experiment and no one here will really be in that situation - but you are unrelealistic if you think you could never be in a situation where the value of the money offered and your need was such you'd act in a way you would view out of character for you in the cold light of day.

Italiangreyhound · 17/11/2017 01:25

Dont could circumstances twist to conspire so that I felt I had no choice but to go on the game? Maybe they could. But we are not talking about that. As someone up thread said she is not doing it to feed her starving family.

I expect I would shop lift, smuggle drugs or do any number of things if the life of a loved one were at stake. We are not talking about that, it is being framed as a career choice, not save a loved one from death!

You've changed the rules in your thought experiment. Would I go on the game to save a loved one. Yes, Not sure sure anyone would be paying much! Would I make a career choice if the stakes were amazingly high? No. Some people do not value money that much and do value themselves more. I am also not really sure I could have sex with someone I didn't want to have sex with. Because to me it would be assault not work.

AngeloMysterioso · 17/11/2017 02:30

Up to her if she wants to commodify herself. I can’t imagine a woman paying in the millions to de-flower a 19 year old boy though!
