Would you let your six year old have an eye test with a smear person whilst you were in different room also having an eye test?

Are you taking the piss Babies?

Your child is never one to one with either you or your dh? Mmm ok

What if you have to take a child to the doctor or hospital Babies? And there's nobody else in the waiting room?

What about when they were too young to go to the loo on their own? In bed at night if just one wakes up? If you are with two in a room and one wanders off? When all but one are school age? Or do you just have another baby as chaperone!

Would I? Er yes of course (but I don’t as she has special needs)

Animation86 · 15/11/2017 13:16

Also I say I would but I never need to. Would rather be there for the child (eye tests can be scary to some) but I don’t worry about anything else. Like others say as well, you might need to provide answers to questions like family history, reports of poor sight or headaches.

Babies, whilst you can parent however you like, I want to let you know that for me and all the parents I've ever spoken to about it, 121 time with one parent and one child is very very precious. You see a different side to them and they love it. Please try it and let your husband try it.
