My (admittedly limited) understanding of it is that they're saying they're concerned about too large a market share being monopolised but the merger isn't of two companies in similar industries so it's bizarre that they'd have to relinquish CNN to proceed. As I say, could have this wrong though.

I suffer from a hurt brain when reading about it. My ‘understanding’ is that though it’s a vertical and not a horizontal proposed merger/takeover, there are still issues connected with size, streaming and content to be worked out. 45’s approach may be the one that suits him best, though.

These are dark times.
