To not want to do housework,garden or anything but mumsnet?

Feel like screaming 'Don't want to'like Dc's when they can't be asked to do stuff.

Perfectly reasonable.

Dishes in the sink
Weeds in the ground
Wish they would just dissapear
Fed up of running around

Sun makes me sleepy
House makes me depressed
I want it all to go away
So I can have a rest

Anyone else feel like they need about 6 months off?

Oh God yes, singingmum!

The sun is splitting the stones here yet I had to drag myself out of the house to take DS3 to the park. When we got there it was rammed and really not much fun and I just feel as if we have breathed in a load of traffic fumes for no very good reason!

Just wanted to add this as my DH is convinced I started this thread.

After two weeks of arranging wonderful activities for my 3 DC I now want to lie in my hammock and play on MN. The dishwasher, washing and food can wait, until the sun goes in!

I have just left half the gadrening, half the washing up, half the ironing and multi-tasked the cup of tea (now stewed).

I have been on here far too much today because I am bored!!

Have been on comp all day and cannot find the energy to do anything.When hols over will be better to a point as can let kids go wild in the park when not learning.I HE wich means they will get the park to themselves.Thing is bullying brats on our estate have stopped all thought of my 2 going by themselves

I've tricked myself into doing jobs by posting the next few things I need to do on 'Fly' (housekeeping thread), then rewarding myself with MN when I've done them. Otherwise I would be on here all the time!
