Apologies for posting in AIBU but most of the other HW has ended up here I think.
I thought some of you may be interested in this legal gossip piece today about HW, Miramaz's lawyers and non disclosure agreements.

I dont see how a NDA can be used to stop someone reporting a crime. I've seen them talked about in other dodgy contexts such as botched surgery, and it makes me wonder what rules are in place to control lawyers.
