To not want my children on YouTube?

Ex has a channel where he does daily videos. He has a few thousand people who follow it. Can’t stand it.

The kids are plastered all over it (3, 7 and 11)

AIBU?

YANBU. They are too young to give informed consent.

ElephantAndBird · 26/10/2017 22:28

Yanbu. I’d hate that. Have you asked him to stop featuring them?

Telstar99 · 26/10/2017 22:29

YANBU. Report it to youtube.

babba2014 · 26/10/2017 22:30

You can put a stop to it being the other parent I believe. Report it. Totally get you.

Lethaldrizzle · 26/10/2017 22:30

The three year old is too young to give consent but the other two can. It wouldn't bother me. Alot of families do it. I don't get it but wouldn't stop anyone doing it if that's what they wanted

hrqm · 26/10/2017 22:36

I don’t know how reporting it will help?

He’s said he has a right to choose too.

Nope. There's plenty of people who don't put their kids on as their ex forbids it.
