Disagreement about whether to market flat with bed in 2 bedroom

Doing the photos to put our flat on the market. Our 2nd bedroom is very small and is used by DP as an office. We have a sofa bed in there.

DP thinks it's ok to have a photo with the small bedroom just showing his desk. I think we should have a photo showing the room with the sofa bed made up as a bed, as well as showing the desk.

We're having a massive row! Who is right?

If it's a bedroom then you should show it with a bed in to show if nothing else the room available.Move the desk out if you can to make the room less cluttered and therefore bigger.

Bedroom over office

Make him watch some Sarah Beenie. It's one of the golden rules of selling. Either market it as a 2 bed with 2 beds, or market it as a one bed with an office.

Otherwise people will think it's a one bedroom flat with an office

I'd definitely show the second bedroom as exactly that ... a bedroom. Consider moving the desk though if it makes it look too cramped.

Show a made up bed. It is vital.
