To think I shouldn't have been sold this as new? Pic

Basically I bought a toy for small animals off of a website (where people sell their items) and this was up as brand new. There's a small clip part on it and that's what I have zoomed in on in the photo. It's clearly been glued back together, I know it's extremely tiny but she said it was brand new!? She can't even assure me it's pet safe glue.

She says you can't even notice it and that it's cheaper than I could have got it in any shop.

AIBU? Would you open a case with PayPal?

I’d message again saying it said the item was new. It isn’t and you’d like a refund.

Are you planning on using it? If not, then YANBU, if you are then yes, I think so.
