I noticed that all the raw meat I am buying from M&S has 'Do not reheat' on the packages.
So in other words I cannot for example, according to them, make a bolognese sauce from raw meat ingredients bought at M&S and then refrigerate or freeze it to reheat later!!
Nor can I make a casserole from beef chunks and reheat the leftovers next day etc etc
I contacted M&S via their Facebook to ask them why it says 'do not reheat' and got a reply that makes no sense.
Any food techy people here who might have any sensible reason to explain why M&S raw meat is different from raw meat bought everywhere else so that it needs this warning on it?
