I'm always telling myself I need to drink more water and I'm sure I'm not alone. Some of you may have cracked it, some of you may not.

So please share your top tips on getting through your daily water quota!

I drink carbonated water and squeeze fresh lemon or lime in - I love it and easily drink 3 pints a day - I usually have one pint before breakfast

OP I make my ice tea in one of these. I have a 1.5l jug though, not 2l. Slim & fits in the fridge easily. Can pour boiling water straight in to make the tea, then allow to cool, or add ice cubes to drink it immediately. This company does quite nice iced tea. I don't think iced tea is as big in the UK as America, hard to get nice bags here. I like the ginger pear one (very low caffeine).

Oh and I like cucumber and mint - or lime and mint - for an infused drink. Still or sparkling.

I'm on meds that can cause kidney stones being at risk of kidney stones is one of the very rare circumstances in which you would be advised to drink more than just to quench your thirst. This is because you are over hydrating and using the water to counteract a problem in your kidneys, rather than because you are not hydrated enough.
