DP is arranging a hire car for our upcoming holiday and the difference between a quote obtained on the mobile and computer website is £55 for one car and over £100 for the other!!

It's also cheaper to buy the insurance separately online rather than pay what the hire company asks you at the desk.

So this is a commonly known fact? I was shocked! £115 if we book the car on a mobile phone £225 if we book it on the computer. Crazy!
