They're in fashion because of the Yeezy sock boots (Kanye West's very expensive fashion label sported by the Kardashians).

But I wouldn't wear them in a month of Sundays. The Yeezy ones actually have some shape. The Next ones are frankly bizarre!

Makes me glad to not be worried about being fashionable anymore frankly. Comfort all the way now I'm over 40 it's very liberating tbh.

Why do all the shoes look like they have spats? I saw some two tone brogues online yesterday but was too horrified to save them.

They look like prosthetics for amputees. If they were I'd think what a clever idea. As it is I'm just thinking 'why'.
