Has anyone else noticed an increase in idiots doing this to pedestrians lately or has it happened to any of you? Beeping their horns as they pass people or someone on the passenger side screaming or shouting out the window to scare people walking down the road? It's happened to me a few times but I mostly notice it because I live on a busy road (with idiot drivers and their idiot cars zooming up and down of a night like it's The Fast and The Furious or whatever it's called) and see and hear it happening to other people. It's bloody horrible even when wearing earphones as a car horn right next to you is obviously going to shit anybody up thinking there's potential danger very close to them and the screaming just catches you off guard. Has anyone else had this happen?
