It’s high time we changed our mattress. We’re waking up sore in the morning, we’ve changed our mattress for the one in the spare room which is better but not good in any way!!

I think our max budget is around 1k maybe 1.5k if it had bells and whistles and was perfect?

So can you/ would you recommend yours? If so what brand? If not what is your dream bed? :)

We bought a bed and mattress from New heights in Nottingham - now no longer in business I believe, sadly. The bed (and side tables, chest of drawers) made from American cheery . so beautiful and the wood looks lovelier with age. Their mattresses were named after the girlfriends of JF Kennedy. Ours is called Marilyn and is still fabulously comfortable 17 years later.

@Wineandrosesagain that sounds amazing- loving the naming of JFKs girlfriends!

Screwsloose - yes we were impressed too! Smile very sad when they closed down but the furniture was of such high quality I'm sure they must be selling through another channel.

I've bought Simba and Casper. Casper is a bit cheaper but they're both good. If you like memory foam, I would go with Casper.

I have a £50 off code for Casper if you are interested: casper.co.uk/friends/lilychan9234

And a £50 off code for Simba too: fbuy.me/hBWRx
