Two men finished their meals. We didn’t actually see them leave the restaurant but did see their abandoned bags on the restaurant floor next to us and I started to panic. Turns out the two men went out to have a fag. When they returned they still hung around a bit on their table not talking but messaging on their phones - even after they paid their bill.
I’ve got pretty high anxiety but AIBU to think in this climate if attacks you don’t do something so knobish 
(I know that’s not a real word but I feel quite apt in this scenario!) ??
