What would I tell myself in my 40's?

Following on from the last 2 threads. I'm in my early 40's, so would love to hear what advice those wise women have been there and done that have to offer.

Give up the cigarettes now and cut down on the booze.

And start a decent skincare regime.

You are now middle aged. Don't put off anything you want to do. Just do it. You don't know what will happen in the future.

And forget beauty regimes. As you get older, most women realise what a waste of time all this is. Life is short. Use it wisely.
