To ask if anyone wants to be my friend?

Moved to London and between my job (nanny) and moving I haven't had time to try and make friends.(not that I know how to) people seem to make friends so easily and I'm not sure how. My life consists of children and sleep.

Aren't there other local nannies? Do you meet people at playgroups etc? Meetups for other nannies
Start a hobby?
Not saying all your friends should be nannies, but it's a way of meeting people that are in a similar situation
