When the fucking dog died I had to use the baby as a sob pillow... poor little sod was damp all down one side. He kept patting my face saying ‘ahh doggy’....

Otherwise it’s a load of shite

Am I correct in thinking that the children who play Tony Welch and Josie are siblings IRL, and the actor who plays Mr Fenn (the neighbour they help with laying his driveway) is their Dad? The children look and sound very similar.

QueSera · 25/09/2017 20:11

Dead - yes Little Roy - WHAT IS WITH THAT????

Alloftheboys · 25/09/2017 20:20

Urrrrgh Tim is such a whiny little mard arse!

Hunkle · 25/09/2017 20:23

T & T mother is nowhere near perfect. Her house is a shithole.

Jellycatspyjamas · 25/09/2017 20:52

And on the day after they move house they get a new rabbit - wtaf, who buys a fucking new pet on moving in day. And they didn't fight about naming it, or feeding it and no-one tried to give it a bath using the garden hose.

Uhohmummy · 25/09/2017 20:54

I want to know what's going on with Topsy's hair. My guess is that precious Topsy-actress's drama school mum refused to have it cut for the part so they compromised with the bun-with-bits-poking-out to make it look like bunches. It looks bloody awful.

Cantusethatname · 25/09/2017 20:57

Yes.
Topsy, Tim Tansy and then a baby but what was he called?

I was so fascinated by their clothes. I used to make paper dolls with Topsy and Tim inspired boy and girl outfits.

But then I didn't have a phone or an Ipad or anything at all because they wouldn't be invented for many years.

RobotGoat · 25/09/2017 21:11

I don't mind T+T. My daughter loved it when she was about 18 months old, and I found it annoying at first but it grew on me.

Bing, however, needs to burn in a pit of fire for eternity. Thank goodness neither of my kids particularly like that show!

JustPutSomeGlitterOnIt · 25/09/2017 21:12

OH MY GOD YES! YES! I was just thinking this this week! That family are so naice it's WEIRD!

snugglesarethebest · 25/09/2017 21:13

this thread made my day!!!

Thirtyrock39 · 25/09/2017 21:14

Then the random episode where the mum is massively preggers at the end out of nowhere ?!??

Thirtyrock39 · 25/09/2017 21:14

We are still traumatised by 'lovely mossy' in our house

WinnerWinnerChickenDinner0 · 25/09/2017 21:14

The house is a tasteless tip and the double wash your hands at every turn boils my blood

DeadButDelicious · 25/09/2017 21:15

Dead - yes Little Roy - WHAT IS WITH THAT????

Why is he a cartoon? What is with his dad? Why is his sister human? I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!

TakemedowntoPotatoCity · 25/09/2017 21:18

I can't watch it because that fucking dog dies again every time I turn it on.

Catwithglasses · 25/09/2017 21:22

It's grown on me - dd quite likes it - as long as I don't pay it too much attention.

What I do like is that they seemed to move from one pretty normal house to another pretty normal house - no show home standard or anything; looks a bit cluttered etc. inside.

CorporeSarnie · 25/09/2017 21:29

Little Fucking Roy gives me huge rage. Just why? The stupid little cartoon fecker, the whole family who are incapable of the simplest task without "drama". Gah, angry at the mere thought of it, leave alone the v bloody theme tune. Topsy and Tim is fun by comparison.

DownstairsMixUp · 25/09/2017 22:17

Never let the kids put uniform on before brushing teeth, not so perfect is she! Oh and little Roy I actually cringe when the family dance at the beginning credits, how embarrassing!

Girty999 · 25/09/2017 22:21

They are supppsed to be pre school age too!! Twats x

blackteasplease · 25/09/2017 22:23

I can't bear the Dad as he is such a perfect parent.

I prefer Daddy Pig, who is lovely but flawed.
