A chap in Liverpool is wrapping cars in cling film if they park outside his house for longer than he considers necessary.

He lives near Liverpool Airport and people are parking in nearby estates, getting a taxi to the airport and saving on fees. Yes it's probably annoying (I used to live next to a very busy commuter station and our road was often rammed with cars from 7-7, so I understand an element of frustration) but what in the heck is it with people losing their mind if someone parks outside their house? It's a public road!
"Neil complained he can no longer park his own car outside of his house because of the Skoda."
He said: “I thought it was cheeky leaving the car there so thought I’d leave them a nice surprise for when they got back.
“I work at Costco so I went and bought a big roll of cling-film from there.”
The police even came to check it out and said they can't move the car because it is legally parked.
Why do people think they own the slither of road outside their house?
Where I live, there are only a small number of houses with drives or garages, it's generally a busy street and some times you don't get to park outside your house or even on your street. Yes it's inconvenient but it doesn't matter, it generally works out that about 75% of the time you get to park in a continent spot for you and everyone else. Most people on our street don't care however a few are out in the street watching you park if you dare to even pull in near their house.
Only today one of our visitors parked outside the house of the man 2 doors down. She had no sooner started to reverse the car into the space and he was out watching her.
