One pot meals that can be reheated in the oven

Sorry it isn't an aibu but I need the traffic. My grandparents are both quite unwell at the moment. I want to make some meals that can be frozen and they can reheat in the oven without fuss (they don't have a microwave). So one pot meals would be ideal.
Thanks a lot.

Soups. Stews. Lasagne. Shepherds pie. Mac cheese.

Make them a little wetter than usual.

You can buy foil trays in the pound shop, for freezing and reheating .

Pies are nice.

Thanks, yes those foil containers would be perfect actually!

DH and I also freeze pasta dishes, rice and curry or chilli as well as soups and the others mentioned above. Always make sure there's a little bit of water in the oven with the rice and pasta so it doesn't dry out when reheating.

I've done just this for my ill and elderly parents. things that I have frozen (from cooked) are:

soup
shepherd's pie
lasagne (or can freeze once assembled, but before cooking)

any pasta dish, like spag bol, would also work well.

Just buy those foil trays, and I turned the lid white-side up, and wrote instructions on that for reheating (and what it was!).

Thanks everyone. The only thing I could think of was shepherds pie!
