Is this test positive or negative (on the implant!)

I have the implant so not rying but I take a pregnancy tests occasionally just to be safe as I know it's not 100 % effective. I don't know if it's just me but I kind of see a faint line/beginnings of a line? Talk me down please

Negative

This was my positive test which I took at 8pm on a Sainsbury's test.

Negative. I get way too invested in these threads.

alltalknobaby · 08/09/2017 15:21

No, that's negative.

SandSnakeOfDorne · 08/09/2017 15:22

I can see the very very faint line, but it is so light and grey that I think it's unlikely to be anything other than an evaporation live.

This is the test out of the casing. When in tact the thin blue line would make a cross. I'm thinking it's an evap line?

And a pink dye test (cheap)

I can see lines on the last two definitely.

I got a line like that on a cheap pink one (Superdrug) and took a FRER later that evening and got a definite line.

DrHorribletookmycherry · 08/09/2017 16:35

I prefer pink ink tests for line visibility for this reason as the damp trapped in the line strip looks grey (which pigeonholes with blue). Grey on a pink test is so much easier to ignore.

daisydoop · 08/09/2017 16:37

I need to frer don't I? Just to be 100% sure

OP posts:
Cookiesandcake · 08/09/2017 16:40

The pink one definitely looks positive to me

WishfulThanking · 08/09/2017 16:42

It depends which test you're using. Which is the test window (I'm assuming the larger one)? Is it meant to show a line or a cross, because I can see a line. Could you upload a pic of the diagram on the instruction leaflet?

I honestly can't see a positive with any of them tests.

Mummyme1987 · 08/09/2017 17:00

I think it might be best to get one that says the words. Clear blue isn't it?

pigletpie29 · 08/09/2017 17:11

Sainsburys tests are hopeless - gave me a false positive twice. It's probably negative even if there is a cross.

Freddofrog1983 · 08/09/2017 17:14

Looks like an early positive to me as they all have a very faint line.

RatRolyPoly · 08/09/2017 17:21

I stand by my original assertion; I'd put money on negative. Hope you get the result you want :)

daisydoop · 08/09/2017 17:27

@RatRolyPoly I'm hoping it's negative. I think maybe I've looked at them too much! If I was trying to get pregnant I would think they were negative

Mummyme1987 · 08/09/2017 18:18

To give you peace of mind maybe buy the ones with words. Hope it's the right result for you.

Pandoraphile · 08/09/2017 20:01

The CB words one isn't very sensitive though. You're probably ok, OP but get a FRER just in case :)

TheDowagerCuntess · 08/09/2017 20:11

I'm rubbish at these, but don't see a line at all.

DoesHeWantToOrNot · 08/09/2017 21:15

@pigletpie29 mine was definitely positive. DP has just put her to bed lol.
