Amazon yamay fitness tracker unable to find help anywhere! 😠

So I recently got one of these for a present and I love it, the only trouble is it doesn't seem to be recording my sleep pattern and so help me god I cannot find a website except Amazon to try and sort it out

Nothing in the instructions says anything and as I say I can't find a website to help and it's driving me a bit mad really!!

Does anyone own one of these and if so please could you help me, or at least point me to somewhere that can!

I'm feeling very frustrated! 😬

My problem seems to have been solved! I haven't done anything but when I woke up this morning it was displaying my sleep activity! Maybe it just needed a couple of nights to work! 🤷‍♀️

Ah that's fab. Did you sleep well? I wasn't too bothered about the sleep tracker as I have an irregular heart beat so it wouldn't work on me I imagine. But if I didn't I would find it fascinating

The sleep bit was most interesting to me, I either sleep like a baby or I feel like I'm awake every 5 minutes, so I was interested to see if I actually was awake every 5 minutes or it just felt like It!

Last night I got 6 hours solid sleep and 1 hour medium

I'm sure it's only in my brain but because it shows I've slept well I feel much more alert and well rested!
