aibu - to ask what happens if you apply for 30 free hours later than 31 august

hi, sorry to misuse the aibu but im desperate (relative to the situation).

im in an absolute panic and cant find any info from nursery or govt website.

we have missed the 31 august deadline to apply for 30 free hours.

ive tried to get my code tonight but i need to telephone in the day time to change my address.

if i apply for it tomorrow by telephoning the government, will we only get it in january 2018?

do you need a code to get free 15 hours?

so upset with myself. with nursery and after school club, i dont even cover my petrol to get to work and partner has to subsidise that from his wages.

Dont know about the 30 hours but you don't need a code for 15 hours

You'll get your 15 hours but probably not the full 30 til January.

oh ffs, i will miss out on £900 of funding if i cant claim again until January 2018. my own fault, i had very difficult personal circumstances which totally took over for a few months but that doesnt matter. i am a complete idiot.
