About a month ago I posted about handing in my resignation at my current role and going to a new one. I don't know how to link back to the thread but I'm sure others could find it.
Every single person who took the time to comment gave me great encouragement and advice on how to do it and that I was making the right decision, and this week I finally had the bottle to hand my notice in. I can honestly say it's the biggest weight from my shoulders in months and I feel a great sense of relief. It turns out they value me way more than I thought they did and I'm currently working my notice period to start my new job next Monday 
So, I know it wasn't a thread full of hundreds of replies but I want to thank every one of you as you helped make that decision (along with DP and my family) and not stay in a role making me unhappy.
