So, last month my signal dropped out for 2/3 days. This month its happened again. I contacted mobile phone company to fond out what's going on to be told I won't have signal for another week. He then proceeded to tell me I should contact different phone company as they use their masts. AIBU to think that's rude and he's blatantly fobbed me off. My contract is with them and not the other company surely they should be answering me not sending me to someone I don't have a contract with.
