To ask if you get diarrhoea before period?

I apologise if this is TMI for some!

Due on in a day or two and loose poo has arrived...anyone else get this beforehand?

I do have IBS and a little stressed which isn't helping, but I've noticed this in the past, too.
Oh and if that's not enough, the stress has triggered my fissure to join the party. Yum, fun 'bloody' times

I'm exactly the same as CaoNiMartacus.

Yes it's normal and also before labour. I think it's because your uterus contracting can trigger your bowels.

Oh and increased urination is basically because your uterus is bigger during your period so can press on your bladder.

Not diarrhoea but "softer". Before and during my period.
I also get cramps and some bloating, and become a proper butch just before I'm due.
I hate periods!
