Video half way down the page.

First I was really moved when I watched the video. i am a super self conscious dancer and thought this boy is amazing.

But now I wonder if he was manipulated and he is actually possibly a vulnerable minor who did this 'stunt' because others encouraged, forced, or urged him to do this.

Horrible shame that dancing is seen as immoral in Saudi Arabia.

AIBU to think someone else pushed this boy into doing this?

The reason I posted this thread is that I had thought of sharing the video on FB as it looks so life affirming, cool and happy and it made me smile but then I thought what if someone talked the boy into it ('friends', cousin or whatever) and he got arrested for it.

Well I'm not sure danicing in the middle of the road makes that boy "amazing" I mean why not dance someone that isn't a road?

He looks very happy for someone you suspect may of been manipulated or forced to dance in the road. I think it's more likely that at 14 he thought it would be funny/a joke

Where were the parents? Surely if you visit/live in a country like Saudi you know danicing in the road might not be applauded
